Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on corporate governance, transactional, and contractual matters.
- Manage and lead business correspondence with a diverse portfolio of international clients.
- Oversee corporate documentation and maintain meticulous internal filing systems.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents and contracts.
- Prepare comprehensive legal memoranda and opinions on complex business issues.
